The Taking the Grrr out of Grooming Dogs Approved Professionals was founded in February 2023 by Sue Williamson for the purpose of creating a list of trusted groomers, behaviourists, trainers and other canine professionals that canine guardians could turn to when they needed support for the canine companion.

APPROVED GROOMERS AND GROOMERS UNDER ASSESSMENT
The Approved Groomers have all undertaken an assessment which includes assignments on body language and trigger stacking. In additional, they have all submitted videos of various parts of a groom so that they can be assessed on their low stress handling methods. Groomers Under Assessment have only been listed if they have successfully completed at least the two assignments and half of the videos.
